Want to hone your skills with thin aluminum tubing? Try some pie cuts! 

Practice pies are designed to get you comfortable welding thin wall large diameter tubing without having to burn through more expensive or exotic metals just for the sake of practice. 

Each practice pie kit consists of 5 pie cuts with an 18 degree transition angle (9 degrees per side of the pie). All pie cuts are laser cut from 16 gauge (0.065") 6061 aluminum tubing with a 3" outside diameter. 

Each kit includes 5 pie cuts to total 90 degrees.

You need 4 kits to weld a pie cut donut.
