If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut orders are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package the Item

  Securely pack the metal in its original packaging to prevent bending or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
